These correspond to the number of consecutive years of excellence attained
under the APCHQ New Homes Guarantee.

Diamond Palm:
Twenty-five (25) or more consecutive years of exellence
Platinum Palm:
Fifteen (15) or more consecutive years of exellence
Gold Palm:
Eight (8) consecutive years of excellence
Silver Palm:
Four (4) to seven (7) consecutive years of excellence
Bronze Palm:
Two (2) to three (3) consecutive years of excellence
